Because even a tiny lapse in attention can have serious consequences: at 50 km/h, looking away for just two seconds means driving 30 metres in complete darkness. So yes, reaching for your phone is strictly off-limits. But even the seemingly small things – anything that pulls your eyes away for a moment – carry their own risk.

Multifunction switches installed on the steering column behind the steering wheel or in the centre console allow drivers to manage different functions, such as lights or wipers, from a single, conveniently located control point, without taking their eyes off what’s happening on the road.
